In 2014, thenublk commissioned illustrator Ron Ackins (Marvel, Nike, Brooklyn Circus) to create an imaginary pairing of two of Black people’s favourite TV mama’s – Claire Huxtable from The Cosby Show and (the original) Vivian Banks  from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

As you can imagine, the shirt was an instant hit and since its creation has been shown love from all over the world and worn by some of thenublk’s favourite people including: ‘Insecure’s’ Issa Rae and Amanda Seales, author Candice Brathwaite, journalist Patrice Peck, artist Fehamu Pecou, Director Lena Waithe, costume designer Jodie-Simone Howe and many others!
