We are “Diasporan Darlings”, a website founded by Vimbai Gwata and Mukuka Mayuka that is dedicated to shining a beaming spotlight on the unique experiences of Africans in the Diaspora (and at home), and highlighting the opportunities and challenges currently facing Africans residing outside their home countries

VG: That which is creative, defies the norm, fuels the soul and pays homage to the greatness that resides within every individual.

VG: My paternal grandmother, a woman with a fierce drive, passion and great humility.
