[Image of the Day] The Black Courage series by illadelphsouL

It seems only right that the last ‘Image of the Day’ for the month of October feature a series of images from a collection entitled ‘The Black Courage series’. Created by Cordell Ross Jr/illadelphsouL, an artist who’s work has been featured on the site depicts the familiar faces of a number of black icons.

The series is also accompanied by a poem by spoken word artist Taiwo.
