If you follow Illustrator and founder of Fly Andrea Pippins on Instagram in the past few months you’ll have seen she’s been sharing sneak peeks of her very first colouring book ‘I Love My Hair’ as well as other awesome hair inspired doodles.

The book which was inspired by Andrea’s 2008 thesis project in which she created a series of illustrations to encourage African-American women to embrace their curls lead to a number of prints, t-shirts and tote bags to be created.
The book which is due to be published next month is available for pre-order on Amazon. If you’re not doing so already you can see more of Andrea’s hair inspirations/history in the lead up to the release of the book via Instagram.
I’m the proud owner of some of her gorgeous prints so am looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of the colouring book!
