[Event] Celebrating 6 years of Thenublk through Music & Film

If you’ve had the chance to celebrate with us at one of Thenublk anniversary events you’ll know they’re special. If you haven’t then you’re in for a treat as we’re having a weekend of celebrations!

In association with The High Commission of Grenada UK, we’re hosting an evening of short films to celebrate the 40th year of Independence of the beautiful island of spice through film.

We’ll be debuting Grenada’s first gold medallist Kirani James documentary ‘Footprints’ and also an exciting film shot partly using Google Glass ‘Project 2×1’ which documents the relationship between the Hasidic Jewish and West Indian communities in Crown Heights, NYC.

Tickets for the screenings are £7/£5 concs and can be purchased from film40.eventbrite.com

A portion of the proceeds from the screening will go towards Kirani James training club Sport Zone and also towards continuing community screenings of Project 2×1.

We’ll be rounding of our celebrations at Got Soul, London’s weekly neo soul event at Juno Bar. Chilled vibes, great music and beautiful people are guaranteed…and it’s FREE!
