Introduce yourself
I am Sherrelle Bailey, a Graphic Artist, Painter and Children’s Illustrator based in the United Kingdom. I studied at Liverpool John Moores University and graduated in 2009 with a First Class Honours Degree in BA Graphic Arts (Illustration). I create illustrations to adorn cards and merchandise.
When I create something I welcome joy into my heart; I feel energized by new ways of thinking and seeing. I have a passion for painting. I like to capture a beautiful state of mind on paper and canvas. Art engages my mind; I believe it gives us the taste to explore the mysterious beauty of our imagination.

I’m inspired by
There is an ocean of things that inspire me, like crystalline drops each are unique and beautiful for a moment.
I gain inspiration from people, places, artists, music, poetry, cultures, nature and unconventional beauty. I sail the sea of my imagination and paint an edited version of those discoveries.
