[Event] Ghana’s 2nd Annual ‘I Luv Africa’ Film Festival September 8-13th

The second annual ‘I Luv Africa’ Film Festival is taking place at the Goethe Institute in Accra, Ghana September 10-12, 2014 (ILAFF 2014 events week of Sept. 8-13).

The festival which was created by RWUL celebrates the work of independent filmmakers of African descent from around the globe. The 3 day event which is free to the public features both short and feature length films, as well as workshops.

Reel Worldwide Underground Link RWUL is a non-profit organisation that originated in Richmond, Virginia in March 2007. RWUL has since expanded and hopes to build a foundation that will give a voice to all artists worldwide by supporting positive creative film ventures in the independent film community and by promoting global awareness through the media of film.

Having been invited to be a part of this year’s film committee we’re looking forward to supporting the festival which is currently open for submissions of short films. To apply visit the ILAFF website.
