iamthenublack: Kojo Owusu-Kusi of Citizins

Introduce yourself

My name is Kojo Owusu-Kusi. I’m currently a lover, fighter, student and father. I’m a brother, an undergrad, sneaker freak and truth seeker. Just a normal Joe or where I’m from a normal “Kojo”. I also run T-Shirt company Citizins which I began after high school, in the summer of 2003 with some friends as a joke. The Citizins concept came from the point that Africans would do anything for American citizenship. At first I was only making shirts for a group of friends for parties and it just started catching on and people where coming to me for orders.
